1. Preferred method: Click SUBMIT A TECH REQUEST at the top-right.
Create an account for the best experience, but this is not required. Make sure all fields are accurately populated, especially your email address.
2. Call our helpdesk at 360-501-1896.
Kelso School District's IT Helpdesk operates during the regular school year, Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm. If no one answers, leave a message briefly describing your issue. Please include your name and phone number, and optionally, your email address.
3. Send an email to email@example.com.
